Native Union Retro POP Handset Review

So, after ordering from chapters.indigo.ca I've finally received my Retro POP Handset last night in the mail. I ordered it on July 6th, the order was sent on the 7th and I received my package on the 9th. It's much cheaper to order on their site, $10 cheaper plus shipping is free over $25 which was no problem since the total was $33.

Visual quality: When you hold the handset the quality is just beyond good ! The silicon was, as they promised, a luxurious soft-touch feeling, kind of like a cellphone silicone case except softer...yet firm?. It's really light so you wont get tired of holding and it makes you look stylish so you probably won't want to put it down, hehe. Everything is intact, looks solid and sturdy.

Call quality: So far I've called my sister who's vacationing in Africa and the sound quality is just as good as my blackberry's. The volume can go extremely loud! I had to put my phone's volume on 20%. I think the sound depends on your phone's capability too, for example my blackberry's volume is quite strong at 40%, and blackberry's known for having amazing sound quality, ideal for playing music :)

Functions: As for the round button on the inner side of the phone, it's used to pick up and hang up calls however, depending on your phone type, some mobile phones may require additional adaptors. To find out which adaptor suits your phone check here. Or you could just search for your phone's "audio adapter" wherever you buy your electronics from.

Important: There are harmful effects of radiation exposure through the use of mobile telephone, this cuts out a minimum 96% of radiation with their handsets! Through internationally recognized TUV testing.

So here it is!

When I first opened the shipping box I squealed as I saw the phone through the bubble wrap.
Comes with Instructions/Manuel and Sticker :D

Talk safely!
Retro POP...some may be love calls
...while others. . . misunderstandings?
"Domo put the phone down!"

"reduced radiation exposure, while also having something fun and comfortable to use"
